- Click Tick ( √ ) Mark on Declaration Option

- Enter your aadhaar number and fill catcha
- Click on GET OTP ( Note : If you are not registered your mobile number with your aadhaar number then visit near by CSC centre )
- Enter OTP ( Check Aadhaar Registered Mobile Number )
- Click on verify
- Enter your mobile number and click on Get Mobile OTP
- Enter otp and click on verify.
- Choose your farmers options ( Small Marginal Farmers (SMF): Land holdings less than 2 hectares. Medium Large Farmers (MLF): Land holdings more than 2 hectares only for PM KISAN applicants. Required for landless agricultural households (LAH) for enrollment under CM KISAN. )
- Click on Rural / Urban
- Click on Verify options on Bank Account Seeding Status Section
- Then you can see your aadhaar seeding bank account status.
- Click on Proceed.
- After Click on Proceed you can see your details like name , address , gender, caste and ration card details. The upload documents such as land records for SMF or MLF and MGNREGA Job card for LAH farmers. ( File size should be up to 2 MB )
- Click on I here by box
- Click on submit
- After click on submit option you can see a pop up like are you want to submit this form. If yes click on “YES I SUBMIT” options, if no you an click on “NO” options.
- After click on “YES I SUBMIT” you can see a pop-up like Registration Successfully.
- Click on OK
- Then you can see your Token number. Save this token number for future reference.
